How do you become a successful clan??

I am (TOC)Cyclone. Few of you have seen me online, Sneaky 7 has and a few others. Well, my point is to ask you guys how you became successful in creating a clan. Because i am a leader of this clan called Troopers of Chaos. My site is www.freewebs.com/troopersofchaos. I know the website is lame but i am just starting on it.
Were did you guys post to get more recruitments?

You must have extremely loyal members, you must be able to trust them, and have a great core of guys, you dont want ppl who think theyre better than everyone else, you want everyone to be equal, not to mention skill, and activity are a must Wink

Are you allowed to have multi clans?
Like when they combine. Like say clan (OJ) and clan (BJ) join together.
Like if i was named (BJ)Kitty then after the multi clan thingy it would be (BJ)Kitty(OJ)

Usually,they would make a new clan,like OJ(Orange Javelines)and BJ(Bad Justice)Would be like JOJ(Justice of Javelines)or something like that,it's called clan merging,they just make a new name,and the two clans get new people as if they were one,which they would be.

Yeah, that would be good. I Said that you dont have to have a mic though inorder to be in the clan.
